The yoga exercise called Ashwini Mudra works the vaginal muscles and the sphincter muscles of the anus. It is like the well-known Kegel exercise. The word ‘Ashwa’ is a Sanskrit word which means “horse.” The word ‘Mudra’ translates to “gesture” or “pose”.
